Another question. Is the Aug. 1 date still in effect. I have been camping with the family and only had limited internet access, so I didn't read everything as well as I normally do. But, I think I remember something about different groups having to submit their request at the same time. If this is the case, then the groups need to put their lists together, submit them to JPM and give them reasonable time to respond. Am I remembering correctly???
