Which brings up the question, Why would they settle before going through that fight. Why are so many people hyping Aug. 1 and so forth, when they still have plenty of ways to fight and stall. Just because WMI was granted discovery, doesn't mean JPM is just going to hand it over or settle. They will fight tooth and nail to not have to turn it over. Then, if that fails, they might settle.
