It will be interesting to see the response to the subpoena that JPM files if they don't settle. It will interesting to see what they object as being Overly Broad, Unduly Burdensome, Attorney Client Privileged, Not Leading to....blah, blah, blah, I don't think that they'll give up anything. It will be a mean scrap in front of the judge and some nasty filings as what is truly "evidentury" in this case.
