LGAL - Legal Access Technologies/UnderSea Recovery Corporation
UnderSea Recovery Corporation ("UNSR") was formed in 2004 as World Explorer Corporation, a private Georgia corporation, in order to pursue deep-water archaeologically guided exploration and recovery of shipwrecks throughout the world, based on sound scientific, business, and ethical principles. UnderSea Recovery Corporation was designed to become an international leader in the recovery of shipwrecks and other cultural resources from the world's oceans and large lakes by applying advanced technologies in an archaeologically and environmentally sensitive manner. The UNSR founding team established a corporate structure capable of designing and combining proprietary and unique sensors, instrumentation, and systems with state-of-the-art technologies to deploy rapidly adaptable instrumentation systems for exploration and recovery of shipwrecks throughout the world. UNSR’s capabilities allow it to use an enterprising blend of products and services in undersea technology, underwater archaeology, and maritime heritage to maximize corporate value.

WHY BUY LGAL!
-small float with NO DILUTION
-Patented technologies that others in our market covet and need to do their job as well as the next company
-sector worth TRILLIONS in revenue
-some waters with the most potential are legally owned for discovery ( we will obtain permits again for certain renowned waters which basically guarantees revenues)
-this mix of companies is over 15 years old and has more than a few experienced managers and JVs involved in the operations
-audits and uplist to OTC pretty much done
-merger looking more than possible with ADMH
-Nasdaq in sight!

OUR PATENTED TECHNOLOGY!
LGAL/UNSR uses and is the legal owner of their patented technology ATLIS. Most exploration companies use generic tools and boast about using “enhancements” for that equipment. But what seperates UnderSea Recovery Corporation is their patented ATLIS technology!

ATLIS (Admiralty’s Treasure Locating Instrument System)
ATLIS is a one-of-a-kind remote-sensing proprietary technology used in the marine environment that detects nonferrous metals. As of the date of this overview, ATLIS® has received five (5) patents pertaining to critical aspects of the overall technology. ATLIS® can detect gold, silver and other precious metals in salt-water environments and has been designed primarily for use in regions where the water is shallow (i.e., where the depth ranges from 20 feet to about 100 feet). Of the many thousands of historic shipwrecks lost since the early 1500s, it is estimated that more than ninety percent (90%) went down in shallow water locations within sight of land (no more than ten miles from shore).

ACTUAL PATENTS:
6724191 - Systems and methods useful for detecting presence and/or location of various materials

THE BOAT – THE NEW WORLD LEGACY

UnderSea Water Recovery Corporation's Boat! The New World Legacy!

Check out The New World Legacy on Youtube!

The Legacy is a 110-foot, 169-ton search and recovery vessel with an all-aluminum hull. It was designed and commissioned in 1999 specifically for the business of locating and recovering historic shipwrecks. This vessel has been outfitted with special marine survey and recovery equipment, including a "fish tow" cesium magnetometer, two handheld cesium magnetometers, sub-bottom mapping electronic equipment and software,
two 19-foot Boston Whalers, and a heavy-duty crane. According to the manufacturer of the cesium magnetometers, such devices are 1,000 times more sensitive than the traditional proton magnetometers that have been widely used by marine salvage companies for many years in conventional shipwreck search activities.

WHAT SEPARATES US FROM OTHER COMPANIES
We will be called Undersea Recovery Corporation.
We will do this by merging LGAL into our sister company ADMH…

ADMH has some major connections, The Atlis Patents, Georgia Tech Agreement(research agreement)

WE had permits for Jamaican Waters and are expecting to renew those permits. Our past connection, in my opinion will allow us a better chance over our competition…

Jamaica and Carribean have the worlds most expensive precious metals from the Spanish Fleets and other boats getting caught on the barrior reefs.

By Dumar:
Collingwood, the chairman of ADMH board...........was VP of Corporate Operations of CTB Internationial (largest producer of feeding, watering, ventilation, and grain storage equipment for poultry and swine in the world).................CTB is (was?) owned by Berkshire Hathaway

On the right side it has the price, size and time trades went through at. Under size, it says 4,500 or 50 or even 1 sometimes.... what is that? Number of shares bought? Amount of money spent on shares? Or is it an abbreviation of a much larger number of shares bought? Sorry, i wont bombard you with this stuff all day. Just wanna learn a little..

Democrats Weigh Tax On Financial Transactions

By JOHN D. MCKINNON

WASHINGTON -- Taxing financial transactions on Wall Street is gathering support in high places.

With federal budget deficits soaring, policy makers and other advocates are eyeing the huge sums that could be raised as a way to cover the costs of new initiatives.

Labor unions, in particular the AFL-CIO, have proposed a financial-transactions tax as a way to defray costs of a health-care overhaul. Lawmakers have discussed a similar fee as a way to cover the cost of future financial oversight. Liberal advocates are pushing the tax to pay for new stimulus spending.

Wall Street Facing New Tax Hit?
1:25
Taxing Wall Street's financial transactions is back on the table. WSJ's John McKinnon says the populist notion is gaining support on Capitol Hill and with the IMF.
This week, the left-leaning Economic Policy Institute floated the idea of a national transaction tax that would raise $100 billion to $150 billion a year. The tax, at a rate of 0.1% to 0.25% of the value of the trade, would be levied on all financial transactions such as stock trades, but not on consumer transactions such as with credit cards.

The money would be used initially to pay for temporary aid to states, hiring incentives for public- and private-sector employers and school construction money.

"We are in a difficult time right now, so people are looking at every opportunity to gain some revenue to fund" new initiatives, said Rep. Stephen Lynch (D., Mass.), a member of the House Financial Services Committee. "Because I was one of the first to suggest using this to fund [new] regulatory infrastructure, folks have come to me and said, 'That's a good idea; I've got a better one: Why don't we use it for stimulus or especially health care?'"

One Democratic aide said the idea is under consideration among House leadership, though the discussions are preliminary.

A spokeswoman for Republican House leader John Boehner of Ohio criticized the idea. "How is killing more American jobs by stifling capital investment, further eroding families' savings and diverting much-needed investment out of the United States a good idea during a severe economic downturn?" said the spokeswoman, Antonia Ferrier.

Unnoticed by many, the concept already has found its way into federal law. At the urging of House Democratic leaders, last year's $700 billion financial-bailout bill contains a provision requiring the president to submit legislation to "recoup" from the financial-services industry any eventual shortfall in the Troubled Asset Relief Program, or TARP.

The provision, inserted during last-minute negotiations, was encouraged by moderate Democrats who worried that taxpayers would be left footing the bill if the government investment produced big losses.

Transactions taxes first were proposed in the 1970s for currency trading, to reduce volatility in exchange rates. The idea later was seized on as a way to reduce volatility in financial systems.

In an interview Friday, Rep. Barney Frank, chairman of the House Financial Services Committee, said he supported the legislation's idea of recouping future losses from the industry.

"I was one of the ones who suggested" the idea for the TARP provision, said the Massachusetts Democrat. He said he didn't specifically propose a financial-transactions tax. The provision could be structured as either a tax or a fee, he said, and could be a one-time provision rather than a permanent tax.

That would make it less likely that parties to financial transactions would seek to escape the tax by moving activity to another country. He said imposing such a tax "country by country...would be a problem."

Many economists have argued against a financial-transactions tax on policy grounds, saying it could have consequences for markets, in part by driving activity outside the U.S. Critics said it also would throw sand in the gears of capital markets.

Still, some appear to be changing their minds. "I'm not as hostile as I used to be," said Len Burman, a Syracuse University professor and former head of the Tax Policy Center, a venture of the left-of-center Brookings Institution and Urban Institute. Curbing frequent trading might be a good idea, he said, though he is "skeptical this is the best way to do it."

Mr. Frank said additional fees might be imposed on financial-industry participants such as payday lenders in order to pay for a consumer-protection agency.

Fees to pay for regulatory activities aren't considered a tax under House rules. The new fees would be relatively minor, he said, adding that details haven't been worked out. Similar fees already help pay for the operations of some agencies such as the Securities and Exchange Commission.

A broader question is whether levies on the financial industry might be used to help establish a rescue fund for future calamities.

In response to a question at a House hearing in September, White House economic adviser and former Federal Reserve Chairman Paul Volcker said it "might be interesting" if Congress ordered a study of the idea of a transactions tax. But he pointed to the problem of driving transactions to other countries. "That's the No. 1 problem; you'll have to get some consistency internationally," he said.

Trade unions are backing the idea to reduce government deficits and pay for new jobs initiatives, among other purposes. Amid their urging, the Group of 20 industrial and developing nations recently pushed the International Monetary Fund to study the idea, which has drawn endorsements from some leaders in the U.K. and Germany.

what are your thoughts on SYNJ?

with the news that just came out today:
http://www.itnewsonline.com/showprnstory.php?storyid=69315

the chart looking decent enough
http://quotes.freerealtime.com/dl/frt/M?IM=quotes&type=JavaChart&symbol=SYNJ
i know it was a stronger buy back in July, but the MACD histogram shows that the selling is levelling off and may have been a bottom.

no promoters on it since June 31st, 2009 (and even then, the promoters weren't paid to promote it, they just advertised it for free (according to: http://stockpromoters.com/view_promotions_by_symbol.asp?promoted_symbol=SYNJ)

RSI is at 21.14 (as of yesterday) showing that it is in the oversold region, which is usually a good indicator for the stock to move upwards

in your opinion, is there any sight for this to increase ? thank you for your assistance.

ZENG, The internet chatter on ZENG is super loud, WE THINK THE STOCK IS SET TO TRIPLE OR MORE

PSC has had many stocks go crazy. Many of these stocks moved higher for weeks at a time. We think ZENG is set to move higher in steps. The stock could move to anywhere between .10 and .30, very quickly.

AWSL rocketed from .84 to $4.84 over two months and is still @ $3.76. This means that investors who followed our initial alert are still up 347.61%.

RGTX moved from .12 to $1.80 over one month and is still @ $1.60. On this stock, members who followed our initial alert are still up 1233.33%.

BRYN moved from .029 to .87 over one months and is still @ .22. The return on this stock is still 658.62% for members who followed our initial alert.

The common thread on all these stocks is solid news. We expect solid news flow from ZENG and PSC thinks that if we get it, the stock could move like a rocket.

Members can't always get the best price but the secret to trading these pennies is to act quickly and give yourself a stop loss which protects your capital.

If we get the news flow we expect, ZENG should move in steps and make members as much as 1000%.

The news on Friday is a buy signal for PSC. They have spent $1.5 million USD and completed the acquisition of Greenlight Biofuels Inc.

http://www.stockwatch.com/newsit/newsit_newsit.aspx?bid=U-i0566018-U:ZENG-20091204&symbol=ZENG&news_region=U

This acquisition has immense upside for ZENG. The acquisition included the purchase of 40 acres of land and a plant which is capable of producing 5 million gallons of biofuels yearly.

THE FUNDAMENTALS OF ZENG ARE SOLID AND THE CHART TELLS US THAT WE ARE ABOUT TO EXPLODE HIGHER.

www.stockcharts.com shows that ZENG is above key moving averages. The stock closed @ .026 on Friday which is above the 50 day moving average (.0183) and the 200 day moving average (.0219). The stock crossed both these points this week which is very bullish.

ZENG'S CHART SHOWS WE ARE IN FULL BREAKOUT MODE.

The whole movement on the chart is depends on news.

We spoke with the company Friday and they tell us to expect significant news flow.

THE BEST IS YET TO COME ON ZENG.

Pelosi Endorses ‘Global’ Tax on Stocks, Bonds, and other Financial Transactions
Monday, December 07, 2009
By Matt Cover, Staff Writer

http://www.cnsnews.com/news/article/58099

House Majority Leader Steny Hoyer and House Speaker Nancy Pelosi arrive for a press conference after House passage of the health care reform bill at the U.S. Capitol on Saturday, Nov. 7, 2009. (AP Photo/J. David Ake)
(CNSNews.com) – House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) endorsed the idea of a “global” tax on stock trades and other financial transactions, saying the estimated $150 billion in annual revenue from such a tax could be used to help fund more stimulus spending.

At her weekly press briefing on Thursday, Pelosi said the financial transactions tax (HR4191) currently before Congress would have to be made “global” to keep U.S. investors from taking their business overseas and out of taxable reach.

The House speaker said that a transaction tax could be imposed in conjunction with congressional efforts to divert funds from the Troubled Asset Relief Program (TARP), with funds from both going to fund a second stimulus spending package. (The first stimulus bill, $789-billion, was signed into law by President Barack Obama on Feb. 13, 2009.)

“I believe that the transaction tax still has a great deal of merit,” Pelosi told reporters. “The concern that many of us or others have had is that it will send, it will send transactions overseas.

“Well, let's see, the fact is, what we are talking about is a global transaction [tax],” she said, “something that we would do in conjunction with other G nations, whether it is G8, G20, whatever the current G number is. Because it is really a source of revenue that has really minimal impact on the transaction, but a tremendous impact on helping us meet our needs.”

Pelosi said she thought the idea might have currency among a public eager to see Wall Street firms “pitching in” to help the government grow the economy.

“I think there would be a market for it among the American people to say that we are all participating in the economic prosperity of our country, and we are all pitching in to continue that prosperity,” said Pelosi.

The tax idea, the brainchild of British Prime Minister Gordon Brown, would mean that all major financial centers – Asia, the EU, U.S., and U.K. – would all have to pass a similar transaction tax to avoid disadvantaging one country’s stock exchange. This would ensure that no matter where a person wanted to buy stock, they would have to pay the new tax.

Brown originally proposed the idea on Nov. 7 at a meeting of G20 finance ministers in St. Andrews, Scotland.

Rep. Peter DeFazio (D-Ore.)
The American version, H.R. 4191, introduced by Rep. Peter DeFazio (D-Ore.), would levy a separate tax on all stock trades, futures contracts, swaps, credit default swaps, and stock options in an effort to tap the trillions of dollars of such transactions.

Seeking to circumvent concerns about further deficit spending on stimulus programs, the bill attempts to raise approximately $150 billion every year.

“The jobless recovery suggests that the Federal Government must continue to prime the economy, but the record deficit is a real obstacle,” the bill reads.

“To restore Main Street America, a small securities tax on Wall Street should be invested in job creation for Main Street,” says the bill. “This transfer tax would be assessed on the sale and purchase of financial instruments such as stocks, options, and futures. A quarter percent (0.25 percent) tax on financial instruments could raise approximately $150,000,000,000 a year.”

The transaction tax proposal was met with opposition from some House Democrats, who signed a “Dear Colleague” letter outlining their opposition to the tax and urging other members of Congress to join them.

“A $150 billion tax on financial transactions will fall on millions of hardworking Americans who are saving for their future through their 401k plans, mutual funds, pensions and other savings vehicles,” wrote Reps. Michael McMahon (D-N.Y.), Carolyn Maloney (D-N.Y.), and Debbie Halvorson (D-Ill.) in the letter, which is still being circulated on Capitol Hill, a copy of which was obtained by CNSNews.com.

“Supporters of the proposal promote it as a way to make Wall Street pay for economic stimulus, because it would apply only to stocks, futures, forwards and derivatives,” the letter states.

“In reality, it would be a tax on all investment and savings vehicles because mutual funds and money market fund transactions are, by definition, purchases and sales of securities and bonds,” it added.

The three Democrats said that the American version of the proposal would not exempt middle class Americans, as it claims to do, because while the tax would be paid by major stock brokers, those brokers would pass the cost down to everyday investors, pension, and retirement funds.

“Proponents of a transaction tax argue that a small 0.25 percent tax on stocks would be paid for by the highly paid financial traders and would not affect most Americans,” reads the letter. “This is simply not true. A tax on stock transactions would affect every single person who owns and invests in stocks from small business owners to senior citizens.”

“Americans saving for their retirement, to pay for college or ‘a rainy day fund’ to meet future emergencies will be subjected to a tax that will reduce the value of their savings at a time when they are just starting to recover the losses they incurred at the height of the financial crisis,” the letter states.

Pelosi’s office did not return calls for comment on this story.

CTIC ---

** after this post I would like your opinion sir -- thanks bro! **

Saturdays CC was filled with great news and a very positive outlook in the future in the drugs and approval -- there is a small but growing momo building here

-- chart is shaping up nicely -- http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=ctic -- dont fear a pullback -- this is a mid to long term hold

-- I started alerting this one at 1.07 (my entry) -- I have been alerting and adding in my position (averaging up is always a smart move/lol)

-- this will be leaving this level soon -- I think it has strong possibility to test the next resistant point of the 1.50-to-1.60 range this week or next at max

then after that the chart is wide open and could see a serious run following -- I seriously think $2 could be tested in the next few/couple weeks

-- there is very promising dd to be read/seen -- starting point -- http://ddmachine.com/default.asp?s=ctic

current -- CTIC Bid: 1.26 Ask: 1.27 Last: 1.27 ($): 0.09 Vol: 19,321,718

closed up yet another 7.63% -- yahoo link -- http://finance.yahoo.com/q?s=ctic&.yficrumb=EnRCYx0Z%2Ffx

check out the pending drug approvals that (& yet, like another I own *cuagh* KERX *caugh*) IS ON THE FAST TRACK....

CTIC could see a serious run "pending approval", wait until its approved __SERIOUS MULTI BAGGER HERE FOLKS__

GL EVERY1 -- best of luck --

I've stumbled upon it recently and was fortunate to have gotten in last week...but I'm debating whether to sell out soon and take the marginal gain, or to look at this company from a "long-term investment" perspective.

I just bought Citigroup (C) earlier this week because someone convinced me regarding the insider transactions (public info - see for example, yahoo finance , stock symbol , and click on "insider transaction.") at $3.38. I am considering buying some more since it has moved down to $3.34 but haven't decided yet. The big wigs at C have bought over 2 million shares in the last 6 months without selling any. The total insider shares held (same public available source) is now over 71 million shares. But, I have yet been unable to ascertain WHY. Does anyone have any insights or ideas as to why this is happening? I'm pretty good at researching so if you have anything you would like me to check out for you I would be more than happy to reciprocate any help.

8K Posting Today

http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1127993/000107878210000009/fullcircle8k010510.htm

"Effective on December 31, 2009, the Board of Directors of FullCircle Registry Inc. (the "Company"), authorized the settlement of debt with certain creditors, which debt consisted of outstanding accounts payable, advances, loans and accrued interest and other amounts aggregating $149,969.37 (the “Debt”). Further effective on December 31, 2009, the Board of Directors of the Company authorized the issuance of an aggregate of 4,088,105 restricted shares of class A common stock to pay off the Debt."

Nice to see the company able to reduce a sizable portion of its cash notes in exchange for stock. Also, pretty nice conversion rate considering the stock was trading at .015-.02 throughout most of December.

When I saw the 8k, made me think we had heard from the S-1 filing. Got me excited! Hopefully soon.

I trust everyone had a nice holiday and I wish everyone a great 2010.

Take a look at IVFH they just put out Great news in their 8K they are giving themselves stock on a performance basis on their earnings of the company, yes they now have an incentive to make the earnings go higher! Options to buy stock at a discount to their key employees! This should also add to the increased buying of shares on the open market. The company has to buy shares on the open market to pay the employees! Things are really shaping up with this company.

ALKN - been watching for two days and it is up quickly from .03 to .26 this week. Seems like it is too late to get this run as it should be in for a correction/consolidation.

I think the float is around 60 million. This seems to be a hype run, but I will be watching it in the future as they seem to have a viable product. The sales aren't moving much yet. No PR's from the company. They had a public gathering in Canton MD on Wednesday with Orange County Choppers as a testimonial to the viability of the product.

Interesting stock with 60 mil float (I think). This moves quickly. Any input from your experience is appreciated.
