Well, what would even be more immensely funny is if PK had wanted to buy LIQR to pick up their Control State presence. In the process though of doing further investigation, saw how they kept their books, held their books, and how they did business with a track record of destruction in their wake decided to back off. Remember, he has been on the acquisition trail for some time. Not being paid by LIQR was just icing on the cake. Seeing that he wasn't going to "save them" and he wasn't going to do business with them until they "created" the money they stole from DKAM to pay us for products received, they could easily have drummed up this whole lawsuit as retribution.

All IMO of course.

...gotta love it, Ohio...

...Drinks' is accused of numerous "breach of contract" violations in another company's SEC filing (8-K), but it will not defend itself with a news release because : "DKAM doesn't look like they are gonna give this smalltime company the time of day with a PR. Why give a crooked company extra press"

...do you realize how ridiculous that sounds?...

...by the way...when do you think they'll let their shareholders know whether the "Global Beverages Asia Ltd." deal will be consummated?...

...and how about that long overdue Conference Call?...Duke...

Other than DKAM, what lawsuits do you have information on regarding LIQR?

LIQR does not distribute beer, they are the LIQUOR GROUP that is why they have never dealt with Kid Rock beer...

DKAM "Soon to be famous" or already "Infamous"?
