However...to short an octbb issue...regardless of price....the margin requirement is higher isn't it? This is something you've always mentioned when explaining why nobody would short the octbb/pink stocks. Too costly.
Also...are you certain naked short shares can be used in a share dividend distribution...even if the dividend shares are restricted for any period of time?
I spoke with etrade about this....and the gentleman told me that he didn't think this would be allowed by the SEC.
Perhaps you will have time to call them tomorrow...the SEC that is.
