Give it up with Pedro Janice. I have pointed out to him several times over the last few days that his theory is garbage. Why would CMKX pay dividends on the NSS if there are any?? They would not. They only pay on shares they have issued. Whoever shorted the shares would be liable for the dividends to the rest. He does not seem to get it, or at least pretends not to.
The interesting thing is, if the dividend ratio is correct it seems to me that the only way they would have to cover the shartes is if Urbie and Co. actually naked shorted their own stock. It sounds ridiculous, but what about this whole mess doesn't?
