Pedro....disbursing shares to the needy is just another form of misdirection by Urban to distract shareholders from what is really going on.....he and his crew need to keep this phony crap of shareholders being family and helping the needy and god bless this and god bless that out of BUSINESS! They need to run it like a business...inform their shareholders of what is going on....dump Urban's racing hobby at shareholder expense and stop all these games they are playing....BRIG

No, no one knows yet...The second coming (Sterling), was supposed to give his explanation of last weaks charitable debacle but all of a sudden could not find time to do so. This coming from a guy who previously was up round the clock posting grandiose theories?!?! Melvin is completely useless. The Paltalk room should cease to exist. Urban should spend shareholders money on drill rigs NOT this idiotic racing! He can do that AFTER they find something good.

For some insane reason, Sterling refuses to turn these shares back to Urban for distribution by a valid charitable organization. His story that it would be an insult to Urban is rubbish. In my opinion, Sterling either already received the shares or they are in transit.

My guess is that UC and the corp would prefer to wash their hands of this. Sterling is right about one thing - it is not a legal issue for the company. As for Sterling and crew, that is another story.

By the way, why the heck does anybody care about this anymore? Let Sterling clean up his own mess and let CMKX get on with business.

Pedro: IMO none of the three scenarios you posted are correct. Urbie wanted to show his appreciation to shareholders who attended or worked at the races by giving them some free shares. They created a list for shareholders to sign up. Urbie said if they knew of any needy people they could add their names too. The list is not of all needy people. WillyWizard is on the list. Do you consider him needy? The share recipients can do whatever they want with the stock -- keep it, give it away, destroy it, or whatever. There is no obligation for them to give it to folks who you or I would consider really needy.

As for how the distribution will work, I suggest you contact Glenn or Urbie. Urbie can distribute his own holdings to whomever and however he wants, but frankly it appears he may be self-dealing here. IMO that should be more of a concern.
