I have been trying to reconfirm how these shares are going to be distributed.

No one seems to know exactly!

Some people say the shares will go through a charitable organization, then disbursed to the needy.

Some people say Sterling will receive the shares - then Sterling will disburse the shares to the needy.

Some people say the shares are going through an Escrow, then the escrow will disburse the shares to the needy.
