BadBass: If "the company wanted a shareholder representative to be there" as you say, why did John Ed Dhonau invite him and not Urban? If Glenn is up there too, why didn't he take steps to prevent Sterling from getting insider info? He of all people should know better.

Sterling can only represent himself unless he has power of attorney from each of those 2,000 people or is licensed to provide finanical services to them. Some have said the next PR will be on the remaining results of the Carolyn Pipe samples and not the info he was given.

bass... if that is true that Sterling was invited to represent "the 2000 shareholders" then when did we vote on Sterling to represent us?....Yep we didn't..... and he may not be the person I would want speaking on my behalf....

I shall chill now as I still think it is a bunch of crap anyway....

BadBassPlayer- you don't pick one shareholder and have him represent the rest. You have a shareholders meeting if you want shareholder input.
So Sterling gets the inside info and then is gagged. Then why have him up there to begin with? He is a strong tout/pumper for the company. My guess is after he is ungagged, he will be a stronger pumper and that is what CMKX is after. They are grooming their pumpers to be better pumpers. If they have to use pumpers, then they don't have the goods. A good/solid PR would do more for the shareholders then several touts pumping the bellows.
Don't forget, they were all excited about the Smeaton property. The "geologists eyes lit up like a Christmas tree". "Mt. St. Helens was getting ready to blow again".

I will tell you one thing if Sterling sat in on any business discusions by the company, that would be insider information, Roger wouldn't be that stupid and if you believe that Willy, you lost all credability with me.

In what sense does Sterling "represent" 2000 shareholders?

Sterling was invited up with good intent. He represents appoximately 2000 share holders.
