According to Melvin yesterday, they WERE NOT at any meetings, but were invited to attend a fishing trip. They were not there to discuss matters of importance to UC and the like.

NO shareholders were at any business meetings by the company period. where did you get your information from? pure hearsay, and Melvin denied also. That would be insider information.
