This whole situation reminds me of a typical penny-stock board, where many of the longs go into denial about the evidence that is being put before them, and so they wind up being bagholders in the financial investment.
Some Investorshub members are going to wind up being bagholders in the emotional investment they put in MB.
Again, none of these men wants to stand in front of a jury on this.
Then why haven't at least a few of them already copped a plea? They knew Dynkowski was arrested in February 2007; apparently he was arrested for a second time in October of that year, and his computers were confiscated. That was when he did a flit.
Surely the others knew about all that. Why didn't anyone realize the game was up, and offer to cooperate with the Feds?
