Personally, I do not need a trial to see what took place.

There are no conspiracies from the government at work here. This is a multiyear investigation and it bagged 8 people.

I highly doubt any of these cases go to trial. Not a single one of these defendants is eagerly awaiting their day in court.

Juries are not sypathetic to scamming con men who defraud the general public. They will all plea bargain. If there is a trial it will be for the defendants that the government decides they do no want to let off easy.

If I could invest in the governemnts' merits of this case I would sink every penny I have into it. Yes, I am that certain. Yes, there is no doubt. They got the right men and you will see guilty pleas for reduced sentences. Looks like they have enough info that they probably don't even need to offer any of these clowns a deal to testify against the others but when the government is involved that may happen.

Yes, all will do some time. Yes, some will do more than others. Again, none of these men wants to stand in front of a jury on this. You think the government has the Vegas pics? How about showing the jury pics of the Lambo and Porsche? Or, perhaps the bar bill in Vegas? Living like rock stars on other peoples money that one gets from defrauding them under the disguise of a "neutral forum" you operate is the kind of stuff juries use to make examples of people.
