Well janice if these 8 are the fall guys I wouldn't want to be in any of their shoes. The evidence would suggest they don't need much in the way of added testimony.
I would think that there will be the opportunity for them to plea down the sentences in return for guilty pleas and perhaps turning over the location of any assets the feds don't know the location of?
Certainly the offering of information on any past or present manipulation cases they were part of or have solid evidence on would help them out a little.
That's why I think the SEC is about to blow the lid off of IHUB. If you ask me I think you will see more litigation releases about the use of coordinated groups within IHUB and other forums. Message boards have been a problem for some time. I hope this isn't the only case as there are several other groups deserving of their attention.
Why didn't anyone realize the game was up, and offer to cooperate with the Feds?
Perhaps someone did! That would explain the time lapse between Dynkowski being arrested 2/07 and the coconspirators not until recently -- time spent building their case and widening the net to catch some bigger fish based on whatever info the tout regurgitated . . .
