I'm sure it is... but brokerage firms recinded the dividend because the T/A DID NOT PAY THEM... why would the T/A send Anviron a bill for the dividend they DID NOT PAY?

And for your fyi, humans have something to do with the process at some of those points, and if they do not occur, they don't get processed.

Electronic trading is only between point A to point C.

Point B is a human that either is actively feeding commands into a computer for a certain situation to occur or who has already done so, at a given circumstance or a human overseeing the trading for a given circumstance to occur.

Regardless of how sophisticated Wall Streets trading computers can be, they still are not possessed with artificial intelligence to mimic guile and deceit.

Dividend Payments and DRP

Continental Stock Transfer offers a complete range of dividend payment and DRP services. We are very flexible in our approach and we offer all available options. For example, we happily work with clients wanting a customized check or DRP statement and we will work with you to be certain your priorities — not ours — are met. Likewise, we do not insist that you draw your check on our bank. We will work with clients which want dividend checks drawn on the bank of their choosing. Finally, we have all the services, including:
• EFT services, including payment services and solicitation of new accounts.
• Internet access to dividend and DRP historical information.
• Flexibility to handle any DRP option, including periodic debits for optional cash and safekeeping.
• DRP enrollment over the Internet.

Says customers can choose to deposit the dividend money with Continentals bank or Continental can draw the funds out of a bank of the customers choice.

But I know of no T/A that will pay for any company dividend up front. The normal process is for the company to deposit the funds into the T/A account and the T/A forwards the dividend to the proper shareholders.

Especially from nonreporting pink sheet stocks who have had T/A services suspended numerous times in the past for what. posters on this site, have said was caused by missed payments. You know, "OOOPS we forgot to mail out that check". The same people who said ANVH wasn't paying their T/A bills on time now say that same T/A was paying the dividend for ANVH.
