a few things come to mind
.. which i've posted here
previously .. a discrepancy
in the amt perceived due ~

is one of them

i expect that is why
there were those ongoing
CC's between the co. ..
the TA .. the DTC and of
course nasdaq ... and why
vivina was waiting on the
legal documents from anviron

again .. i know what i was
told .. and when i was told
it .. and i have always taken
notes in my conversations ~

that said ~ based on my last
conversation with vivina ..

i'm cautiously optimistic we
have news coming .. i would
hope by the end of this week

we'll see
