In fact, CRAM can detect drivers not paying attention to the road for any reasons including all those you just mentioned. Nothing can be done about it but it does raise some issues about what happens when there is a crash and the insurance companies and law enforcements gets a hold of the CRAM data like the black box for the airplanes. Will it stand up in court of law? I guess we will have to see.

but if CRAM was tied into the other vehicle systems emerging now also then the unwilling / unsuppervised / those that believe that once they are in their vehicle with tinted windows are not subject to responsibility for themselves or others will have no choice.. years ago the irate could be tolerated with an occasional speed detector or a watchful patrol officer.. but today with the increasingly heavy traffic patterns forecasted to get even worse in the years to come.. the numbers are more beneficial to control the problem(driver/operator) rather than increase the pathways (mindset of old).. numbers will dictate policy no matter who likes it or not.. roadways/pathways/airways/seafare can not continue to be expanded indefinitely.. the answer is to conform the public to take more acceptable mass transit and or apply controls across the board for all to adhere by.. it is happening

The CRAM can read Asian eyes as well....has been a problem with other systems....dont put your sunglasses on either...CRAM is on your eyeball through the sunglasses.....Cannot mask you eyes with sunglasses......ask Bruno....
