I don't know what smaz is asking for as that is all the "proof" I need for me to say this venture is not ever going anywhere with the present people in charge.

What I have said before and I will repeat here, it's all rigged. That leads me to ask why Eugene would allow for something like that to happen. And the only conclusion I can come up with is that Eugene is only interested in printing shares and that must have been his plan all along. Then, all one has to do is to go back and look at his history. In doing so, this can easily be confirmed based on his past.
