I'm missing the point that you're trying to make?

Why would you post the 10K liabilities for 2006 and 2007?
The topic originated from the 50% gross royalty agreement -- whereas Interstellar gets 50% of all gross profits from the coal mine?

But then again -- the mine is closed. Nobody gets anything!
