At some point he has to file that exempt from filing form or it will get halted. Now we are on the grey sheets temporarily. Any ideas of time frame. Someone did buy 100 million shares 4 months ago. They dont do that by chance.

I did. There is no such 120-day rule! BK has nothing to do with the SEC action! Let's wait for four months to see if any further action... I bet nothing would happen then based on my experience with the other suspended stocks like osrc/wlkf (both are all lift over six months already) etc..

Any fact or evidence to support your statement? LOL, There is no the so-called 120-day event! If the CEO files the required reports with the SEC within certain time period QMIN will be upgraded to the OTCNI tier ("STOP" sign) again... Anyway very nice low float and OS without any dilution for over three years!

Do you happen to know the case number which named the landowners in Kentucky against Tarun Mendiratta? I could not locate it in PACER.

Eugene knew this was coming for years.
He was in violation of Industry Guide 7 and he could not fully answer the sec's comments without implicating Tarun Mendiratta who was already busted by the sec and FBI for other securities violations.
The form 15-12(g) was never coming, he had to be current in his filings up to the date he submits a 15-12(g). That was not going to happen for the above reasons plus the admin order taken against him and his son.

periodic filings with the Commission, have repeatedly failed to meet their obligations to file
timely periodic reports, and failed to heed delinquency letters sent to them by the Division of
Corporation Finance requesting compliance with their periodic filing obligations or, through
their failure to maintain a valid address on file with the Commission as required by Commission
rules, did not receive such letters.
9. Exchange Act Section 13(a) and the rules promulgated thereunder require issuers
of securities registered pursuant to Exchange Act Section 12 to file with the Commission current
and accurate information in periodic reports, even if the registration is voluntary under Section

Well, QMIN did explode to 0.0012 and 0.002 most recently without any news or updating at all! Buying-at-the-ask will drive any stock up without any news which is the most powerful way to lift the price!

Disagreed! Once the number of shareholders is less than 300 they can always file the Form 15-12G to suspend the filing liability!
