There are no rules that prohibit that. Glenn would not allow anything illegal IMHO. That is not to say that he would not let Urban play fast & loose within the rules as permitted by companies that trade on the pink sheets. As an example, if the o\s is 483 BILLION, how many S8s have you seen filed? IMHO, Glenn is a figurehead that Urban can point to for credibility.
