well, as an example, we have both seen pink sheet companies do stealth r\s ie no notification, just overnight r\s. I am not to sure they have to do anything in advance.

IFTA did announce its r/s the day before it became effective. It did so before the close, but shareholders were so surprised and bewildered that most didn't sell.

They were flouting the rules. I don't think Glenn would do that.
