Pink sheet co's can increase share structure with stroke of a pen. There is no board of directors. If poster would like to explain why this is the only pinksheet in the world that can't do it, please go ahead. On the other hand, it is noticable that despite a constant drone over the last 2 years that this company can't/won't survive, here we are. The fact is that the product works, prototypes are done. manufacturing? What is the status there? Money, money, money, lots of posters here think they know what is going on with effc and the money, or so they say. If someone really knows, would they tell everyone here? Would I? What would be the benefit? Information is scarce, it is a valuable resource. I don't rely on information that is spoon fed to me, by anyone. It is much more enjoyable to put the puzzle together for myself.
