Whats so unique looks like just one of thousands of pink sheet scams to me.

In the world of public corporations, anything is not possible. There are regulations
when you are a public company about how you can finance the business. Some of those
regulations are in regard to diluting current shareholders without a shareholder meeting
and board action. Of course in this case where a certain individual is the majority
shareholder that is not an issue. The fact remains, in order to do so, the authorized
shares would have to be increased and reported to Delaware, if in fact there are
not enough shares currently available to issue for sale from the treasury.
