Then he must be in custody or the company got a injuction against him.This has been one nightmare after another.This SOB Desantis has caused so much damage to PGYC,the CEO and shareholders its not even funny.PGYC must file Civil Action for damages and breech of the agreement.

Desantis was sent 49 million PGYC shares as per the agreement.I see no reason PGYC CEO/President would lie about shares being issued to Desantis.JMHO

The reason I said Desantis would be sending more emails is every time PGYC issues a press release he starts with some other action he plans to take.I have got used to it now but I am pissed he started spamming everyones email addresses.

I did get emails from the CEO/President Tony Bisante regarding this issue and he is going to screw Desantis before this is done with.

If you read the two I am posting from the CEO it should tell everyone all hell is fixing to break lose.I did remove my name and email address.

You have asked us several times for the freeing up of the shares,
I always said no and my answer is still no.

I am working on it.
Please rest assure PGYC has never committed any false claims what so ever.
We have been expecting such tacks from him and his entire organization.
Mr Desantis is presently under investigation in Quebec , Canada for fraud
towards his share holders and mis use of funds.
These are all public records and Mr Desantis will also encounter new charges
under PGYC. He has been away so we can not serve him.
