Then he must be in custody or the company got a injuction against him.This has been one nightmare after another.This SOB Desantis has caused so much damage to PGYC,the CEO and shareholders its not even funny.PGYC must file Civil Action for damages and breech of the agreement.

Desantis was sent 49 million PGYC shares as per the agreement.I see no reason PGYC CEO/President would lie about shares being issued to Desantis.JMHO
