I don't know anything about DeSantis except he is the inventor of the product you all hope to get rich from. The "God" stuff is disturbing though.
But Lookingforhelp, do you see that your email states that DeSantis will have his shares in October 2009? And do you realize that is well after the alleged buy out. If all shares are to be tendered to the purchasing company, then Bisante is saying that DeSantis is screwed with shares he cannot tender to the purchasing company at .42. If so, I would understand that DeSantis is not on board with that.
Also if he has been given the 49M shares, they do not show up on pinksheets.com.
Of course, if there really was a buy out, DeSantis would deal directly with GM, Toyota, or whoever. Do you guys really believe that a fortune 500 company would be interested in this legal morass? Not a chance.
This is a company with a history of scams and Bisante actually admitted that a "former partner" (Dan Ryan?) has been selling. You think an insider would sell at .03 when he could have .42? Of course not. Remember, this is not my claim, this is what Bisante himself said and is on the website.
The PRs are unverifiable; the buy out is a scam. Gullibility reigns supreme.
