Somebody posts something they have heard and that makes it me? People, (including yourself) have posted information on these boards for years. Please reread the posts going back 3-4 years. Is this the first time somebody has heard information from Chas or anyone else and posted it. If I had something to say I would say it myself. If anyone would like to know exactly what I have done to help Cobalis over the last 4 years I welcome them to contact all former officers of the company including Jerry Yakatan (CEO), Tom Stankovich (CFO), Ernie Armstrong (Chief Scientific Officer) and Bo Cosic (VP of administration). They will enlighten everyone how many times I saved the day and my endless dedication to Cobalis and all shareholders prior to the Bankruptcy. When YA Global was going to revert back to a chapter 7 did you personally pay for someone to fly to NY and meet them to make the case for a Chapter 11? Oh that was me and they were sure gung ho on the 7 prior to that meeting.

Mike working 12 hour days for no pay is not what I would call a coup. Cobalis, Chas and the board asked for my help. There were things that needed to be done quickly that you were unable to accomplish. I was the only person with the necessary background and understanding that was willing to help. Please don't post random soundbites unless you are willing to completely explain them. I mentioned Jerry Yakatan solely as a person that can validate what I have done to help Cobalis. If that can be twisted into a negative I think I understand what I am dealing with here. Best of luck everyone.

When you posted this message below as MPTIU82 and refer to the MDC press release did you mention or disclose that YOU actually co-wrote that press release with Chas? My first post was last month and I would never play those type of manipulative games. I do have the emails containing my arguments about the release, the content and especially the timing based on what I previously stated about international distribution. That was a shot gun release that nobody else wanted. I prefer not to have a battle of wits with an unarmed person.
