Steve, this is not meant to be a slame at all, just a legitimate question. Only going from message board postings which may or may not be accurate, why can't you and Chaz get together and reach an agreement somewhere in the middle. You have years of time, effort, money, etc invested in this company. Why not negotiate a deal that allows Cobalis to keep a little more of the deal themselves? You and the shareholders will benefit from the eventual rise and share price. Plus, the more Cobalis keeps, the higher the share price will go. Can't ya'll work something out with options or something that wouldn't cripple the company in the long term?
