Did you ever disclose your close relationship and friendship with Chas or did you just keep posting as a random shareholder? I do not recall EVER seeing you at the corporate office when I would drive down to Irvine from Encino, which I did quite often. When they needed help with their road show in New York who was the one person they asked to make that trip? When Chas and Cobalis desperately needed capital to keep everything going where were you? When they needed $500,000 in 7 days whose friend wrote that check? When things were running very tight during the trial and they needed $400,000 in 5 days who convinced an assocaiate to fly in from Canada and write that check. When Chas had his back against the wall and needed $175,000 in 3 days to avoid a legal disaster with the landlord who took care of it? These stories are endless. I was underpaid for what I did especially since a lot of my compensation was in the from of warrants priced at $1.75. You are a guy that bought stock on the open market and you obviously overpaid. Those purchases did not keep the doors open, my help did. Your comments about international distribution once again shows your complete lack of knowledge of this space. How does anyone bring IMMEDIATE international sales? If you had one second of experience you would know the lengthy and laborious process that is involved to get a product approved for resale outside the United States, even if being sold as a dietary supplement. The rules are completely different. The last trial was almost two years ago. It was the sole responsibility of Cobalis and the CEO (the only officer and paid employee)to launch Prehistin. I am not sure what a broker agreement has to do with anything you are talking about. It was these types of ridiculous conversations, and the frustration that YOU caused with your COMPLETE lack of knowledge and understanding on every issue that was a main factor in my departure. I spent several years in the trenches working to help this company. You show up after the war ends with the shares that you over payed for and you have the audacity to point fingers. I have 4 years and hundreds of documents and emails showing what I have done to keep this company alive, you have nothing but an over inflated ego and a wife that is extremely pissed off that you listened to Chas and over extended yourself. Please leave me out of it, your personal problems are not mine.

Anyone who would use Jerry Swine as a reference is no friend of any shareholder. That pile of crap personally swindled, IMO, Avanir shareholders for his own benefit, and we see what a swell job he did for CLSCers. The fact that Chas would even consider hiring a guy who was basically fired (quit or be terminated was the ultimatum from both AVN and Tanabe) from his 2 prior jobs shows that Chas is not exactly a fine judge of character, or is of equal moral fiber to an unethical swine.
You yourself have some interesting ideas about selective disclosure rules. As an insider, you post to a message board info that is not available to non-IHub members? I guess you studied at the feet of Jerry Swine.
