Thats fine. I dont want to hear anyone whining again when the trust assets are sold and trust is shut down WHICH WILL NOW HAPPEN over next fews months thanks to letting them off the hook of immediate trial. bank on it

Ok well at least you came around to admit its going to trial since you agree with majic that they have to get their evidence and depositions in order to get ready for trial. That sounds a lot different from your previous they have to settle because if that was the case then surely there would have been no need by plaintiff to delay trial since settlement was a certainty according to you

Its a shame they were too gutless to go to trial which i wanted to see all along. This wasnt about not having enough time to depose witnesses. This was about screwing the untiholders and letting MHLP steal the properties. I knew it was trouble when the W group was unsuited. That didnt smell right
