Oh ok Go Mosh so you agree with majic? Ok well at least you came around to admit its going to trial since you agree with majic that they have to get their evidence and depositions in order to get ready for trial. That sounds a lot different from your previous they have to settle because if that was the case then surely there would have been no need by plaintiff to delay trial since settlement was a certainty according to you
