Maybe the trial date was set so far into the future so as not to interfere with upcoming cases. Like the judge has been given the message that settlement will happen, so why schedule anything in a realist time frame. Or not?

free, LOL, that's how the courts work, despite what's being posted on the board.
JPM/PXD/Gibbs have something to say but I doubt that it will be more than gibberish from either of them......I for one am willing to let them hang themselves....LOL

I can wait and the ones who can't will sell out and the stock will tank....and I'll pick up some more :-)
