I wish it were 5/07 instead of 9/07

I'm starting to think these continual delays on the status conference have only meant that no agreement could be reached to settle and maybe someday far far in the future, our grandchildren's grandchildren MIGHT get to watch the trial!

-Can you tell I'm a little exasperated here?

Why didn't they just forget the stupid status conference and start the trial two weeks ago?
Now it's over four months away!
