wildman, you miss the point, they know what it is and how to turn it on. They *insist* they won't They *insist* it interferes with their imaging and replication routines. I don't agree with them, but I don't know, and I don't make these decisions. They do. And they have decided. Its not that they didn't act. They DID act. They said, turn that thing on ... and your fired! Get it?

Departments are SPECIFICALLY (DELIBERATELY) *NOT* ON BOARD.
DoD appears to be an EXCEPTION. DoD is good enough for me and good enough for Wave (given that DoD is roughly half of *.gov)
But notions that Agriculture, Interior, Commerce, (does anybody know what State is doing?) or even HHS are on board are contrived. Again, the notion by snacks that they are on board is contrived.
I have seen no links supporting Agriculture, Interior, Commerce, Education, Energy, HHS, coming on line. Zip! Nil! Notta! **THAT** is what contrivance is. When folks say that gov is coming on line. Gov is not. Again, Gov is not. Again, gov is prohibiting the use of these thingys.
My statement of fact is not contrivance. Pretending one knows it to not be true IS contrivance.
DoD appears to be playing ball. That is good. They will lead. Others will follow. But right now, others have already dug in their heals. PERIOD.
