Sean of course it is, because your a sane and competent person, so anyone with any common sense would think soon is a few weeks at most. Of course, we have heard "soon" here for 2 years now.

So maybe "soon" means anytime within the next century?

I still go back to the utter incompetence that must be applied to management here for not getting a simple 10 K completed on time when THEY DO NO BUSINESS! It's a shell! Somehow multibillion dollar companies can do it, but a company with 0 revenue cant. And you wonder why this merger hasnt been completed in 2 years. It's not rocket surgery guys. Quit looking at this with your heart and greed, and instead look with open eyes and use your head.

Mergers DO NOT take 2 years to complete. Well, maybe in this fantasy land called the pinks and OTC. But most of those NEVER get completed, which is what we probably have here.

Yes. my definition of soon is an event that will happen in the near future. My definition of the near future is the future that is not far away in time. My definition of not far away in time is imminent. I do believe we have an excellent chance of closing in the second quarter. If it happens sooner, so be it. The key here is patience. I realize it's the last thing anyone wants to hear, especially Otterman who has probably been here longer than any of us with the exception of Linda Perry.
