In spite of my posting I would have to say the 'incompetent' is probably the wrong word to describe what is happening here. Provding that what we've been told is true, and Linda's hands are tied (so to speak), then I must assume that she is frustrated with the situation as much as we all are. Suggesting that a person is incompetent is an aggressive way of saying that they dont have the skills to acomplish the task, which even I am sure that Linda does.
