Fung;
OT:
I've noticed that you seem to know a lot about stocks, and the workings of the market.
I've had a question that's been bothering me, since about the 4th of June, that I'm hoping you can answer for me, unequivocally.
Just, exactly, what sort of information, could a person like Mr. Casavant have, that would make someone like D. Roger Glenn, a Partner at Edwards & Angell, LLP, decide almost immediately, to become the company's Securities Counsel?
I noticed, for instance, that the Press Releases stating that CMKM Diamonds, Inc. "Announces It is Retaining a Large New York Law Firm...," and the one saying "Announces It Has Retained...," came out within a little over 13 hours of each other. It appears that the information, Mr. Casavant took to them, must have been fairly straightforward, and important, for a Law Firm of that caliber, to decide to represent them, very quickly.
(I'm taking into consideration the possibility that the Law Firm may have gotten the information earlier, than when the first Press Release, was released. I doubt, however, that it was very much before that release came out.)
I would really like to have a definitive answer to this question, since I have a feeling it is a major clue, as to what is really happening, now. IMO:
