Comedian....First off, how does my knowledge of stocks correlate with the timing of Urban's legal hire? I know a lot about baseball, but sure couldn't make you one.
As to what motivated Roger to take the gig?? I am only guessing here since I wasn't invited to the meeting, but probably Urban said, "we'd like to find a way to make some money on our stock through creative financing deals" and Roger said something like, "sure! I can help with that".
As to when the attorney was hired? Well, zeninvestor knew in advance, so obviously it wasn't an overnight decision. I posted a P.R. today talking about CMKX merging with some companies including Juinina, and the P.R. was dated 2/3/03, so assuming all this was done overnight is probably the flaw in your thinking.
As to definitive answers, I'm not the one to ask. I only have my opinions and research. You want unequivocal, hire your own attorney. All just my own opinions, of course.

Comedian62......they begin with the assumptions that there is no naked short here and that this is nothing more than another pinkie scam. Therefore they must try and find some way to fit Roger Glenn into that scenario which is not easy. They've offered guesses that he's a lawyer and lawyers care only about the money (with those tiresome idiotic references to the OJ lawyers) or that he's here for a "pipes" deal or that somehow he went into this uninformed and clever Urban has indeed scammed him as well and therefore Glenn will bail when he actualy knows what the heck is going on.... ad nauseum........the problem is those "guesses" are designed to fit their initial assumptions which IMO they absolutely do not so it's usually a topic that Janice, for example, is left to deflect with comments that she's puzzled by it (or something to that effect).....Glenn and his firm are unbashable and have been from the moment they were announced. That would perhaps make a reasonable person rethink his original assumptions to some degree......or perhaps not :)
