yes drillbit, I believe that overseas hedge funds are the culprit here, and the shorting continues.

I think that the third party naked shorters don't believe that CMKX is a real company, and they believe that they can send us into a "dilution death spiral". The 35 billion addition to the O/S only strengthened their resolve, imo.

Unfortunately for the shorts though, Roger and Urban have a plan to blow them out of the water, imo. All information that may move the PPS is being held back for a reason, imo. I think Roger and Urban actually want to encourage more naked shorting, because there may be a measure of revenge involved for both men in this matter.

This is a hugely explosive situation. Either CMKX is a real company or it isn't. I believe Urban is for real, and this stock will explode upward in value, and be talked about by traders for years to come.

(this is all speculation on my part, but the truth will be known over the next 30 to 40 days, IMO).

Most Market Makers don't Naked Short for profit, they make enough by playing the spread and trading around order flow...

The majority of illegal shorting comes from large offshore hedgefund clients, whose broker/dealers conveniently turn their head and hide when it comes time to make the affirmative detirminations of the availability of stock to borrow. The MMs simply take shares that these hedge funds 'counterfeit' and sell them as real...

If anyone is illegally shorting this stock I think it's safe to assume its NOT the Market Makers...

In the interest of LIQUIDITY the MM"s are ALLOWED
to Naked short stocks to keep the market moving...
it is quite LEGAL and VERY usefull in the big picture....
THE PROBLEM ARISES HERE ON THE OTC AND THE PINK SHEETS
because there is NO REGULATORY agencey overseeing the
"ETHICS" of the MM"S !!!!!

The BIG BROKERS and the SEC are in each others pockets and

money here....most people come in with great intentions THINKING
