NAKED SHORTING............IS LEGAL !!! YES !!!

In the interest of LIQUIDITY the MM"s are ALLOWED
to Naked short stocks to keep the market moving...
it is quite LEGAL and VERY usefull in the big picture....
THE PROBLEM ARISES HERE ON THE OTC AND THE PINK SHEETS
because there is NO REGULATORY agencey overseeing the
"ETHICS" of the MM"S !!!!!

UNLESS....a company comes along and starts doing the VERY
SAME THINGS that CMKX is doing RIGHT NOW !!!!
IF they DO NOT GO UNDER FIRST.....the mm's will EVERNUTALLY
HAVE to cover their positions...this is why so many people
here are FOLLOWING THEM !!!
THE MM"S STAND AN EXCELLENT CHANCE OF GETTING CRUSHED HERE !!!
As long as they NEVER have to account for their positions
their DEEP POCKETS can bankrupt ANY company listed on EITHER
exchange by simply shorting them to DEATH. JUST look at
what is happenintg to TNGO AND STUOF...perfect examples.
EVERYTIME good news comes out...the price will hold or even
take a SMALL MOVE UP AND THEN BANG...the price comes CRASHING
DOWN !!!
TAKE IT OR LEAVE IT...that is the way the game is played down
here...you eitehr like it or NOT but it's NEVER GOING TO CHANGE !
The BIG BROKERS and the SEC are in each others pockets and
there is WAY to much money to FLEECE out of the unsuspecting
newcomers and OLD traders alike to EVER change the rules.
JUST ASK GUMP...he has fought to get them changed for YEARS !
He is STILL here presumably because he was able to win enough
of the time to justify being on these exchanges.
I'm selling off my holdings....I'm not good enough to compete
with people that work in the dark and will NEVER see the light
of day.
GLTY though...you might be one of the FEW people that can make
money here....most people come in with great intentions THINKING
they are investing in good young companies with a CHANCE of
making it to the "next level" the truth is.....MOST of them
NEVER STAND A CHANCE of getting out of PINK/OTC HELL !!!
HELL....many of them go to GREAT LEGNTHS to STAY HERE !!
The companies themSELVES don't have to report their shinanaigans
EITHER !!!
