I would think that some portion of the so-called seepage from Dominion's Delmont storage being siphoned off at our Grapeville property would have to include some of our residual gas. Like the WV wells, they are depleted but still produce something.

So, imo, Dominion owes us for using the wellhead to recover their seepage AND for an unknown quantity of NG from the underlying strata.

I think there's a statutory paradigm in place that creates a revenue sharing model.
