A thought on the gas recovery, I think with new wells if you are within so many feet of someone's property you have to share revenue.
So if it is clasified as a gas well then they could recover revenues. It depends how the system is classified and how close it is. It shouldn't matter if it is recovering your own gas, if it pulls in others also it should be something they should share.
