I like it...the Deleted Posts Board! Include a warning about being over 18 :) Another possibility: can a deleted post remain visible to the poster with a flag indicating it's hidden. That would make it easy for the poster to seek redress if deletion were unwarranted, and lessen the need for you to monitor.

It is fine to restrict banning a poster to management. Chairmen should be made aware how to request this...like in foul-mouthed Frank posts 30 times a day, and I delete all of them.

Ignore is helpful. Unfortunately a luxury the Chairman shouldn't indulge in.
