Chairman of the Board Concept

Thanks for the very useful suggestions. Early this week I will have an ignore feature for everyone to use and a ban feature for me to use (not chairman right now)..and clearly defined rules for using the whoopass tools.

I do have a comment on this line:
Posts should not be removed because someone disagrees with a Chairman
This is where I monitor things and I think people have a wrong perception about it. I have yet to see one post that was deleted because someone didn't agree with the Chairman. Simply not the case and I wouldn't put up with it. Every post that has been deleted was laced with personal attacks, vulgar language, etc. Everything against the rules. Now, if someone wanted to post something factual, that was something the Chair didn't want to see...then I would step in.

What I need to do is clear up these bad perceptions or figure out a way for people to see exactly what gets deleted on a daily basis...What do you think about being able to see the garbage..Something I have considered for a long time...
Just like one thread with nothing but the deleted posts filtered into it...a special link.
