Maybe he is going on vacation becuase the acquirer is going to keep EESO as a wholly owned subsidiary and not change much of anything. Once the t's are crossed and the i's dotted he will not have time for a vacation for quite a while with the new contracts and ramped up production. Why would he go on a vacation now if he will be free of the company and all the stress that goes with it in a couple of months time? Otherwise knoqwn as a permanent vacation. Just a thought. :-)
Agree, I respect a CEO that puts family first in front of business. Im pretty sure Jared is responsible enough to take care of the business he needs to take care of before going on vacation. Being a family man is all the more reason we should trust his decisions and leadership. GLTA
