Also, i am puzzled as to why a CEO with so much responsibility and duties within a firm goes on vacation in a middle of supposed buyout. To celebrate with his Family..... he went to the beach to relax and enjoy some time with his family before everything gets crazy busy with the buyout...
Not a lot of homework needs to be done on deciding on accepting or rejecting the buyout.. i'm sure Jared has all this info in his head already...
