Maybe he is going on vacation becuase the acquirer is going to keep EESO as a wholly owned subsidiary and not change much of anything. Once the t's are crossed and the i's dotted he will not have time for a vacation for quite a while with the new contracts and ramped up production. Why would he go on a vacation now if he will be free of the company and all the stress that goes with it in a couple of months time? Otherwise knoqwn as a permanent vacation. Just a thought.
