Also, i am puzzled as to why a CEO with so much responsibility and duties within a firm goes on vacation in a middle of supposed buyout.
To celebrate with his Family..... he went to the beach to relax and enjoy some time with his family before everything gets crazy busy with the buyout...

Not a lot of homework needs to be done on deciding on accepting or rejecting the buyout.. i'm sure Jared has all this info in his head already...

I understand your points and they are valid. However, some of these have been answered or have been discussed to death before you brought them up again.

Your points are made but again if your issues are with the numbers that are being thrown out then come up with your own. If you say you can't because you would be guessing then guess what. That's what everyone else is doing... guessing. Look speculations run rampent in a pinkie becuase of the Volatile Variables. I'm sure you understand that you wouldn't want someone coming to you with just problems, right? I think that is whats being read in your previous posts.

Enough said and again, welcome.

Ever run a company and tried to go on vacation? You may not be there but it's hard to really get away. I was constantly checking in or getting calls about things only I could deal with. it's more like working from home.Jared had put a new VP of operations in place about a month ago and employees are doing the day to day packing and shipping etc. I wouldn't read much into this "taking a vacation". The President goes on vacation and is running the country so I'm sure Jared can run this company for a week from wherever he is.

Feivel, all the local schools in the Fort Wayne area were on spring break last week, and anyone who's ever tried to arrange family trips during this time of year knows that those spots begin drying up in the fall. If the reported buyout offer came after the travel arrangements were made, then the choice between family and work is forced upon us. How many of us would cancel a family trip with the kids to sit in the office & wait for a phone call that we could just as easily take sitting on the beach? With the advent of communications technology that allows virtual meetings, document transfer & copying via wireless transmission, going on vacation with the family while staying in touch with the office really isn't that big a deal anymore...I wouldn't read a whole lot into his absence but that's just my perspective on it.

I agree with most of your post...but seriously this vacation thing is so annoying! I know I've posted this a couple times on the subject, but as a family man it seems obvious to me....

you don't just up and go on vacation...Jared and his family probably had this trip planned for months..I am leaving on vacation in 2 weeks ( I planned it 6 months ago ) that is how normal people do things...I do not know Jared, but I can speak with certainty that he did not plan this vacation 2 weeks ago when the buyout was announced.

not to sound rude...I do see your point with all of your previous post, it's just the vacation while a buyout is on the table talk that drives me crazy.
