this guy and his company are being stepped on big time by the big SEC guys... and he is defenceless... all because he doesn't have an ex SEC lawyer on his side..
Captain Fluffy has a competent and well-known attorney. I haven't checked to see whether he's ever worked for the SEC.
Here's a clue: just about every lawyer who wants to specialize in securities law works for the SEC for a few years. The turnover is enormous; that's one of the reasons they're often inefficient.
